To provide a safe place for our residents to heal, we can not confirm or deny if a veteran is staying here unless they have give prior authorization for us to do so.  Please be sure to let resident know to add you to their list of people that can be informed of their presence or lack of.  If you are not on that list we will take a message and if they are here they will receive it.


Visiting in person
We ask that all visitors come to the front office and sign in prior to visiting a resident, staff, touring the facility and/or dropping of donations. Here are the directions to our facility.
From I-94 
Take exit 127 ( US Hwy 71) Head North on US Hwy 71. Follow it through town. The road will curve to the right, and the driveway for the Eagle's Healing Nest will be the first possible left you can make after the curve. It is across from flowers auto body repair and the trailer park.
From Hwy 10 Northbound
Take Hwy 10 North to MN-27/MN28 West. Follow that through Little Falls to Long Prairie. Turn Left on US Hwy 71 South  and follow that to Sauk Centre. After coming into the city limits you will see Tree Top Nursery on your right. We are just after Tree Top Nursery on the right.
From Hwy 10 Southbound
Take hwy 10 South to Wadena. Turn right on to US Hwy 71 South and follow that to Sauk Centre. After coming into the city limits you will see Tree Top Nursery on your right. We are just after Tree Top Nursery on the right.
